Yoga For Kids Ages 8-12 (public event)

Willow Glen Yoga presents a yoga class for children ages 8-12.

In this class, child-friendly yoga poses which increase strength, flexibility, and coordination are woven into games and storytelling. Through yoga play and gentle relaxation, kids can establish a foundation of self-love and self-confidence. Instructor Tina Tran hopes to empower each child with a connection to their breath and their bodies as they navigate life in our contemporary, fast-paced world.
