The Olive Bar: Meet Author Valentina Cirasola (public event)

The Olive Bar in Downtown Campbell is pleased to present Italian-born author Valentina Cirasola, who will be signing her cookbooks, Come Mia Nonna: A Return to Simplicity and Sins of a Queen: Italian Appetizers & Desserts.  Valentina grew
up with olive oil so she will tell you all the wonderful things you can do with it!  You'll love reading her books and making her recipes.

Valentina has written her first book Come Mia Nonna for people who have never cooked, people who are afraid of cooking, beginners, and those who don't have time to cook. This book is a proof that anyone can put together an excellent and healthy meal in thirty minutes without spending a lot of money!

Valentina has also written a second book, Sins Of A Queen, on appetizers and sweets from her native region of Puglia and other regions of Italy. Her sweets are mostly made from fruit and aren't loaded with processed sugar. The appetizers are a delight which can be turned into small-portion meals.
