Free Haircuts for Locks of Love at Alchemy! (public event)

Alchemy Hair Studio in Downtown Willow Glen announces a Cut-A-Thon to benefit Locks of Love on August 1, 12pm-4pm.  All haircuts will be complimentary and hair will be donated to produce wigs for children struggling with hair loss from cancer treatments and other medical issues.

Donated hair will be evaluated for its usefulness according to the following guidelines: it must be at least 10 inches long, clean, and dry and it must be bundled in a ponytail or a braid.  Hair that has been dyed or permed is acceptable.  Bleached hair can not be used.

If you meet the requirements, not only will you get a free haircut, we'll also be serving cupcakes and cotton candy!  If you bring a friend, you'll receive a gift bag.  Please make your appointment by phoning 408-293-3494.
