General Orientation to Wellness Care, Core Isolation (public event)

Proactive Healthcarein Downtown Willow Glen is excited to welcome you, your family, and your friends to our new and informative Health Talks!  The first of many will be held Thursday, August 9, at 7:15pm in our office.

 

We plan to host these events on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month at 7:15pm.  We will be discussing a variety of topics such as the fundamentals of wellness, managing your health through posture, and exercise and nutrition strategies.

 

Everyone is welcome to join us! Our goal is to educate you on strategies to improve your health and well-being, as well as give friends and family members a chance to meet Dr. Mark Lucas, chiropractor.
