General Orientation to Wellness Care, Core Isolation (public event)

Proactive Healthcare is excited to welcome you, your family, and your friends to our new and informative Health Talks!  At this event on Thursday, September 13, we will be discussing a general orientation to wellness care as well as core isolation in relation to improving and managing your posture.

Everyone is welcome to join us! Our goal is to educate you on strategies to improve your health and well-being, as well as give friends and family members a chance to meet Dr. Mark Lucas, chiropractor.

We plan to host these events the second and fourth Thursday of every month at 7:15pm. Be sure to check back for newly posted Health Talks every month!
