Monterey Budokan Martial Arts Academy, located in the heart of Monterey's Lighthouse District, invites you to join us for a 4-hour Self-Defense Seminar for Women.  Attend this life-saving seminar and get the knowledge to defend yourself at a critical situation of being attacked.
 
Raise awareness in personal safety and crime prevention. Learn de-escalation skills and verbal self-defense.Identify and reduce fear of being attacked or intimidated. Awaken intuition to find subtle cues of potential violence. Practice verbal and physical self-defense skills in a scenario. Increase self-confidence and self-esteem through the philosophy of Awareness, Assessment and Action.
