The entry fee is lower if you're a Commonwealth member. Also, the venue is actually the Santa Clara Convention Center Theater. I couldn't fit Theater in the Venue edit box.

Not sure if I can make it, but it looks interesting.

Khaled Hosseini is a doctor who lives in San Jose.

Brad Kava did an article on him in the Mercury News awhile back, The splendid life of San Jose author Khaled Hosseini.

Yes, Khaled was on Tavis Smiley last week and mentioned the upcoming movie. I don't recall a date. There's little chance that I'll see it anyway since I have been boycotting movies for about two years now. I don't miss them at all.
