The Blessing of the Animals is a custom that is conducted annually all across the world in remembrance of St. Francis of Assisi's love for all creatures. Reverend Richard Menefee will be performing the ceremony. ( http://www.reverendrich.com/index.htm ). Reverend Rich has an extensive background both as an animal trainer from Marine World and as a rescuer.
We are also proud to include Reverend Jacqueline Leeba who will share in officiating this year. Reverend Leeba is also a practitioner of the latest forms of Energy Psychology for the purposes of transformational healing, including Guided Self Healing, and, Healing from the Body Level Up, as well as other forms of Energy Psychology. She has a life-long love of animals and currently resides in San Diego with her cat, Riley.
One pet per attendee unless otherwise permitted by the Alphadog. Please email alphadog@societydog.com with a request to attend with additional pets. Dogs must be on 4-6 ft. leash. For safety reasons, no retractable leashes, please. All other pets must be in pet carriers
