Argentine Tango Class Begins (public event)

Spice up your life with Tango! The City of San Jose present a new beginner class with Keith Minton in Willow Glen starting Wednesday, January 30th. Cost for the six week session is $55.

This class will teach the fundamentals of Argentine Tango: a dance where two move as one. The focus will be on leading, following and basic patterns that will get you ready to go out dancing. Come and let the rest of the world disappear, as you get lost in this dance called tango. Wear smooth-soled shoes (non-grip) and come prepared to have fun. Singles and couples welcome.

Keith Minton has been dancing since 1991 and began teaching tango in 1996. He has studied with many of the masters from Argentina and the United States. His travels have taken him to dance clubs in Buenos Aires as well as across the United States.
