Adult Ballet Fearless Challenge! (public event)

Did you dream of being a ballerina when you were a girl?

What did those dreams include? Gracefully flowing across the floor, grand leaps into the air, leotards and pink ballet shoes? As a child, it may have been easy to dream yet as an adult woman, perhaps you have pushed that dream aside. Why? Do you fear, �I�ll look silly�, "What will people think", �I won�t be any good�, �I don�t like to look at myself in the mirror�?

Aspire Life Coaching and The Los Gatos Ballet and Pilates school are partnering to bring you a Fearless Challenge in Adult Ballet. This challenge will provide opportunities to learn the art of ballet and increase your self confidence simultaneously!

Ballet is a mind/body experience that can create a stillness, centering affect and a sense of calm. Life Coach Susan Liddy will help you achieve this by coaching the class through:

* Negative Self Talk
* Comparing yourself to others
* Connecting with your intention
* Letting go and having fun
* Acknowledging yourself and your body

This challenge is not about how well you can dance or how you look in the mirror! This class is about setting yourself free, flowing with the moment and connecting with your body in a powerful way.
