Downtown Campbell First Annual Big Bands & BBQ (public event)

The Downtown Campbell Business Association is pleased to present the First Annual Big Bands & BBQ celebration! All afternoon and into the evening, enjoy live music, dancing, top BBQ grillers, and artisan booths in the heart of Downtown Campbell.

All along East Campbell Avenue we'll have four outdoor stages and specially constructed hardwood dance floors! Our featured entertainment will include one of the most well-known Salsa bands in California, Edgardo & Candela; the amazing Lavay Smith and Her Red Hot Skillet Lickers performing authentic jazz and blues of the 1940s and 50s; one of the South Bay's favorite summer concert bands, The Silicon Valley House Rockers; and a specialty for kids and families, PapaHugs. And don't forget the food... Eight of the Bay Area’s best commercial grillers will converge in Downtown Campbell and cook up some world-class BBQ. Ribs, brisket, chicken and hot links will be available for purchase, we'll have drink stands selling your favorite summer beverages, and mainstreet will be loaded with picnic tables, chairs, and umbrellas.
