Hicklebee's Art Class with Claire Teel (ages 13 & up) (public event)

Hicklebee's Books in Downtown Willow Glen presents this special 2-hour class held in two sessions (June 24 & 26) for teens (aged 13 and up). It's a twist on the Book Arts classes Claire Teel has offered here in the past.

In these teen classes, we will make a journal or a book in which to place a story or poems. During session one we will explore the relaxing art of paper decoration, and in the second session we'll bind the book, to which we can add the words then or later at home.

Teacher Claire Teel is an exhibiting artist who has led writing, book binding, and children's art seminars for 15 years and has worked as a school librarian for more than 20 years.
