Speaker Night @ BabyBuzz: Baby Blues & Postpartum Depression (public event)

Join us at BabyBuzz for a speaker night on Baby Blues and Postpartum Depression. Crying all the time, insomnia, trouble getting through the day, difficulty bonding with your baby, and scary thoughts. These are just a few symptoms of these conditions, which one in three moms will experience. Find out what to look for, how to cope and how to get help--you don't need to suffer through it. Treatment options will be discussed from exercise and vitamins to medication and therapy. Educate yourself so you can get back to your old self more quickly--it's the best thing you can do for yourself and your family.
