Campbell Summer Concert: The Sparkletones (public event)

The City of Campbell's 2009 Summer Concert Series presents The Sparkletones!

The Sparkletones began as a garage band in the late 1950's and became a popular local talent in the Santa Clara Valley during the Rock'n'Roll years throughout the 60's. They played on local television stations such as "Record Hop" in San Jose and the "Ben Alexander Show" in San Francisco and participated in Battle of the Bands at all the Northern California County Fairs. Due to popular demand, they reunited after 40 years to play at their 40th high school reunion and have made a huge comeback, wowing audiences with their unique blend of Rock'n Roll, Rock-a-Billy, Doo-Wop, Calypso, Cha Cha, and more.
