Wendy Waldman House Concert (public event)

What's a house concert? A private home opened to music fans to appreciate and enjoy music in an intimate setting - no noisy espresso machines or clinking bar glasses. We are musicians ourselves, and strive to create the best enviroment for our guests and the musicians we present.

Wendy Waldman is a critically acclaimed recording artist, as well as a writer of multi-platinum songs for other singers in musical genres ranging from country to pop, film, jazz, children's music and R&B. Wendy Waldman's career in the music business started with her band, Bryndle, in the early 1970s in Los Angeles. Bryndle was made up of Wendy Waldman and her friends Karla Bonoff, Kenny Edwards, and Andrew Gold.

The TrueWind Music Concert Series began in 2004 as a twice a month series at the Espresso Garden & Cafe in San Jose. With the venue's closing in April 2006, we've "gone private," and are now hosting a House Concert Series. Seating capacity is 40 at our house concerts. The money that we collect is passed directly to the artists. We provide a comfortable listening environment, dessert and coffee. The address is provided once a paid commitment is made to the concert. With limited seating, we believe this is only fair to the artists we present.
