Never fear! The "Fit and Fabulous" program is here!
In this unique class designed by exercise physiologist and San Jose Personal Trainer, Becky Williamson, you'll learn how to do strength and cardio training to incinerate calories and create lean, firm muscles.
This is NOT an aerobics class. This is like no other workout you've tried before! Forget long, slow cardio workouts (unless you really like doing them!), and say hello to SHORTER, more results-oriented workouts!
During this program you will��..
-Achieve a leaner, more youthful physique
-Whittle away ab flab
-Firm your buns
-Slow down the aging process
-Improve your posture
-Dramatically improve your energy level
-Learn workouts you can do at home or at the gym
In addition to twice weekly workouts, you'll be given tricks, tools and techniques to modify your eating plan in order to melt away the flab around your middle (notice we didn't say the word "diet"--we don't believe in them!). You�ll also receive a FREE 30-page nutrition guide and meal plans designed by a registered dietician to support your workouts
This isn't just a workout---it's a program that will help you exercise more efficiently, eat better and look younger!
Class size is kept small in order to allow for personalized attention.
Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:20 am at 1205 Pine Ave. in San Jose (95125).
The class is filled on a first come, first served basis (with priority given to current campers).
