Here's the scoop:
-Our Los Gatos evening co-ed fitness boot camp runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-6:50 pm

-We utilize an indoor/outdoor format, so you won't get wet when it rains


This class rocks! We do agility drills, cardio games, body weight strength training, and we use fun stuff like medicine balls, kettlebells, and agility ladders, too. No class is ever quite the same, so your body keeps changing and adapting. It's non-stop action and non-stop fun

All registered campers receive a 30-page nutrition manual and meal plans designed by a Registered Dietician.
