WG Library: American Happiness Association Seminar (public event)

Willow Glen Library presents a seminar by the American Happiness Association, which encourages everyone to take charge of his/her own happiness. The seminar is designed to educate individuals and organizations about how to be happier.

With the amazing discoveries in the field of the science of happiness, you are in more control of your own happiness than ever before. There are literally dozens of happiness activities, boosters, mental shifts, and environmental changes you can make in your life to be happier, even if you have inherited an unhappy disposition.
