    Join us for dinner at Effie's Restaurant, one of the best kept secrets in Campbell!  Located just off Winchester Boulevard on Hacienda Avenue, it's a wonderful locally-owned spot with a mixture of American-style fine dining and comfort food on the menu.  And, judging from my experience, it's all great!  There are both higher-priced and lower-priced items available, so there's a little something for all wallets.

    I still wonder how that restaurant ended up where it is. It's cool to have a "random" restaurant someplace where you're not expecting to find one. The fact that its still open after all these years in its reclusive lot says a lot.
