Book Signing: "No Wheat, No Dairy, No Problem" (public event)

Author Lauren Hoover will be at The Olive Bar in Downtown Campbell to sign her book entitled No Wheat No Dairy No Problem. Her book has delicious recipes for people with food allergies/sensitivities or for anybody looking for healthy alternatives.

Graduating from the California Culinary Academy, Lauren embarked on a culinary career which led her to being a pastry chef. Some of the places she has worked include: La Folie Restaurant, Hyatt Resorts, Marriott Resorts, and the Fairmont Hotel. After working on the east coast and in Switzerland, she returned to California to teach at culinary school.
