This month's featured work is "The War of Don Emmanuel's Nether Parts" by Louis de Bernieres.

Sorry I couldn't make the gathering, but duty called. Please let me know if you've picked a date for January. Also, refresh my memory on the book. I think it's Grisham's latest?
That's o.k., Tammy! We missed you, but we carried on.
We haven't picked a date for January yet, but we did agree that we'd read Grisham's latest book together. Larry, Miki, and I have placed a reserve on the book in the San Jose Public Library System, but it's taking a while for us to make our way up to the head of the line. We'll probably get our hands on it sometime in December. I seem to remember we three weren't quite sure whether to meet in mid-January, or in late January for consistency's sake.
I think Larry is going to try and catch you in the next day or two and see what you think (but feel free to post here). You da boss-lady for dis here show, after all.
