WG Yoga: Inversion Workshop with Kent Bond (public event)

Learn to go upside down! At this workshop at Willow Glen Yoga, teachers and intermediate students will learn how to implement and teach the fundamentals of shoulder stand, head stand, handstand and arm balances. This will be an invaluable workshop to integrate and strengthen the shoulder girdle and to hone your skills.
