Relationship Tune Up for Couples at The Enlightened Mind (public event)

Is the check engine light ON in your relationship and you both have been ignoring it? Maybe it's time to bring it in for a tune up so that the engine can run smoothly and efficiently again.

Steve Smith, LMFT, will guide couples through practical exercises to help you get back on track to a healthy, joyful relationship. You will be able to take home the knowledge and tools learned and put them into practice with each other. This workshop will cover: recreating a vision for your relationship; how to deal with triggers and reactivity; making compromises without compromising yourSelf; and setting intention in the relationship.
