Willow Glen Yoga Workshop: Intro to Yoga (6 weeks) (public event)

Willow Glen Yoga presents a 6-Week Intro to Yoga Workshop (one class per week for six weeks). This introductory series is a great way to get started, specifically designed to introduce the student to the basics of yoga. The class moves slowly and builds on the previous week's practice. This class is for beginning students only, please.
