Cucina Bambini: Adult/Teen Kitchen Essentials Class (public event)

Cucina Bambini, a hands-on cooking school in Downtown Willow Glen, presents the Essentials Series for teens and adults. Spend three intensive evenings (4/5, 4/12, 4/19) gaining a basic foundation of cooking.

This is a hands-on class where you will learn to make stocks, use proper knife skills, braise, roast, sautee, and how to create a perfect pastry, just to name a few. And, best yet, all of these skills will be taught through the creation of delicious recipes!
