Sheila, a member of the Zumba Instructor Network, has been dancing and aerobicizing for almost 20 years, and competed in international ballroom and Latin dancing for over 5 years.Zumba: A fusion of hypnotic rhythms and tantalizing moves inspired by Latin and world dances to create a dynamic workout that is fun and easy to do.
