Since its inception, the company has been continuously engaged in mortgage origination, both as a mortgage banker and as a mortgage broker. Innovest directs its primary marketing effort to Santa Clara County and adjoining counties of Northern California. The company markets its services through the predominant real estate brokerages in its marketing area and, on an ongoing basis to its 4,000+ strong client base.
