Our smog technician is an ASE Certified Master Technician with over fifteen years of experience in the automotive industry. He has been performing Enhanced Area-Dyno testing in Southern California since 1997.

We pride ourselves on our thorough customer service, clean facilities, and comfortable waiting room. Our waiting area was designed with customer comfort in mind and features living room amenities like large couches, bright interiors, current magazines, crossword puzzles, climate control, background music, snacks, beverages, an accessible restroom, and even a kids play corner.

We understand how frustrating it can be to get a smog check these days, especially with so many new rules and regulations. We want you to be comfortable while you wait for your car to be tested and once it’s done, we want you to feel confident in the accuracy of our test results.

"Dyno-Testing" produces a more accurate smog profile of your car because it measures it's exhaust output under simulated driving conditions by testing it while it runs on an automotive treadmill. While "Dyno-Testing" has only become common in the Bay Area as of 2004, we’ve been performing this enhanced testing procedure since 1997 when it was introduced in various parts of Southern California.

Accurate Smog Check is a "Test Only" station, which means that we're a neutral party with nothing to gain from your test results. We are not able to sell you any type of repair work if your car fails. Even though we have no vested interest in the results of your test, we do have an interest in making sure that you leave our station with a thorough understanding of your results and what your options are if your car fails. We’ll take the time to explain the results to you and send you home with a custom made information packet that will help you make an informed decision that best suits your needs regarding your time and money. We also recognize that repairs can be costly. We try to help alleviate some of your costs by offering a free re-test within 30 days and information regarding state assistance.

The test itself takes aproximately 15-20 minutes so our average wait time is about 30 minutes. You don't need an appointment, just come in when it is convienent for you.
