We are specialists in multiethnic skin, body care, and anti-aging therapies. Our skin and body care products are international from England, Germany, Paris and the United States. Available in our spa boutique are books, nutritional supplements, tapes, spa robes, satin pillowcases, candles (natural) and jewelry. Our Spa Director Violet Johnson graduated from Cambridge University in England, is a non-practicing RN Midwife with a PhD in International Public Health and in Public Speaking, a cosmetologist, massage practitioner, and a Hypnotherapist. She brings a solid educational approach to the spa industry. Dr. Johnson has lived and worked internationally from Beijing, Africa, Middle East, the Caribbean, and England.

 Reservations

  Please call us to schedule your appointment.  We ask that all services be guaranteed against late cancellations or no shows with a Visa, Master Card, American Express Card or Gift Certificate. 

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of health and relaxation with a certificate for treatments with us.  Gift certificates are elegantly wrapped, can be ordered by phone for mail delivery to your home or office, or directly to the gift recipient.  At your request, gift certificates may include 15% gratuity and be shipped overnight.  

Referrals

We value the business of your family and friends. Refer them to Violet J Spa & Wellness. We will repay your wonderful compliment with a $20 spa credit (voucher) for every person who specifically mentions your name when they come in for their first spa service. You may use them at Violet J Spa & Wellness for services or products. 

Cancellation

When you reserve a service with us, we not only guarantee your appointment and service length; you are prohibiting other clients from requesting the time slot. Violet J Spa & Wellness requires minimum 48 hours advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. No shows will be charged full service fee. Late cancellations, if we are unable to fill the appointment, a full service fee will be charged. However, if we are able to fill the appointment, no charge will be made. So, if you cancel with less than 48 hours, we still need to compensate our staff for their time and we’ve lost other revenue opportunities as well.

 Spa Wear

Our intimate spa is relaxing and cozy. Our shower, steam cabinet and steam canopy are available for your use; a small fee is charged for steam. A spectacular soft dream like robe and spa slippers are provided when you visit for more than one service, or by request with any appointment. Robes are available for purchase. Please “come as you are” to Violet J Spa & Wellness. We will provide any spa wear required for your treatments and relaxation. 

Special Considerations

·        Please try to allow at least one hour between your last meal and treatment and avoid consuming alcohol prior to a massage, body, or steam services.

·        We do run on time as a courtesy to our other clients. Plan to check in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This ensures the full service time for your treatment and allows you to enjoy a complementary beverage. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your appointment.

 ·        Prices are subject to change without notice.

·        Please turn off all cell phones.

·        We apologize; we cannot accommodate children unless they are having spa services. 

 Refreshments

We provide refreshment service of herbal water, fresh fruit and hot tea. 

 Product Guarantee and Return

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products up to 30 days from date of purchase.  We want to know immediately if a product is not what you expected. Returns will be made for spa credit or for exchange. There are no cash refunds. The Esthetician will be able to suggest an excellent alternative to meet your needs. We’re committed to you being absolutely happy. 

Spa Wish Registration

Would you like to “register” for a spa gift?  Visit us on line at sparandr.com or call our spa desk and ask to register for “spa gift.” We will send a timely, tasteful e-mail hint to anyone you choose, gently suggesting the perfect spa gift for you, their special someone, two weeks prior to the occasion.(You can even register on behalf of friends or family whose loved one are clueless!)
