Our clients are adult women, age 18 and over, from all walks of life. We are proud to offer programs that include women of all races, backgrounds, religions, and cultures. Our unique programs are founded on the belief that although we may be different we are also very similar. In our differences and similarities we learn that we are not alone and how powerful women truly are.

• Women who feel that "something is missing" from their lives and fear blocks them from knowing and being who they are. Our Empowerment Coaching Program teaches clients how to identify and befriend the fear that blocks them so they can feel confident and free to BE themselves. Clients may choose an empowering body image focus.

• Experience is a great way to get empowered! Our Adventure Coaching program
  is designed to do just that! This program provides activities that
  inspire, rejuvinate and "stretch" you. They are experiential and focus
  on self discovery, self care and self confidence. Join us to meet other
  aspiring women and to strengthen a fearless muscle or two!
