<p>Get in shape for the New Year!  Join us at <a href="http://www.danceeffects.com/">Dance Effects</a> in Downtown Campbell for Zumba. We now offer 8 classes a week!  Beginner Zumba is a cardio intense class that breaks down the moves and prepares you to transition in the the regular Zumba class.</p><p><br />Zumba: A fusion of hypnotic rhythms and tantalizing moves inspired by Latin and world dances to create a dynamic workout that is fun and easy to do. Zumba students burn between 500-1000 calories per hour moving to fun rhythms such as cha cha, salsa, belly dance, samba, merengue, flamenco and more! And there's nothing to memorize!<br /><br />Sheila believes in safely working out every muscle in the body during her classes. A slow warmup prepares the upper and lower body for lots of chest, hip, shoulder, leg, and abdominal action with dancey but simple low impact moves. She always ends with a cooldown/stretch and believes that increased flexibility leads to a greater range of motion, and therefore more fun and more fat burning.<br /><br />Class times are as follows:  Mondays at 6:30PM, Tuesdays at 9AM &amp; 10:05 AM; Wednesdays at 9AM &amp; 10:05AM; Thursdays at 9AM; Saturdays at 8:30am and Sundays at 7PM. Tues and Wed 10:05AM are for beginners.  Cost is $15 per session, drop-in. $120 for 10 classes. 1st class free!
