<p><a href="http://www.morningcrane.com">Morning Crane Healing Arts &amp; Fitness Center</a> is pleased to host a <em>Mommy &amp; Me Bounce Fitness Class</em> for moms and their children, ages 5-10, to exercise together.<br /><br />This is a great opportunity for you and your child to get fit together!  The class will incorporate fun exercises for every part from head to toe, utitilizing resistance tubing, Bosu balls, TRX, and more.  We'll have great music and awesome instructors to help inspire you and your child to work together.<br /><br />Classes will be held June 12 - July 19 on Tuesdays, 10:45am-11:30am or on Thursdays, 4pm-4:45pm.  Cost for the entire 6-week session is $90 for one parent and one child ($30 extra for a second child); or, to sign up for individual classes, the fee is $20 for one parent and one child ($5 extra for a second child).  Please note: there is a maximum of two children per parent.</p><p> </p><p>For more information and to register, please <a href="http://www.morningcrane.com/mommy-me-bouce-fitness/">visit Morning Crane's website</a> or phone the studio at 408-391-2846.</p>
