Although I've heard if you're having problems with a company, the BBB in Oakland is mucch more on the ball, so they are the ones to contact no matter where in the bay you live.

The place has lots of flavors. I've only been during the day, I don't know about speed of service at night. BUT it's got the most reasonable portion sizes, considering that gelato is up there with premium ice cream, of any place I've been to. And they take credit cards. If you went as a group and it was busy, you might be more comfortable sitting outside, it's roomy but doesn't have a lot of table/chair combos inside.

When DBF blew head gasket, they fixed his car. The car runs better now than it did in a long time, not just head gasket-related catastrophe. I also liked their customer service.

A little bummed that they insisted on replacing spark plugs that had been replaced but like 2 weeks before, because it was a very expensive REPAIR overall, and really blew the budget. But the car runs beautifully engine-wise. My brother blew a head gasket on a Mazda and due to terrible repairs had it back in shops multiple times, stranding him on freeways, and whatnot until he junked it.... the Civic is 6 months later running great, getting better gas mileage, running quieter, good work.
