I really feel that the most perfect food in the world is a cheese pizza. This is the standard by which all pizzerias should be measured. Very often, a lot of places will cover up the pizza flavor with toppings (will never understand a Hawaiian pizza). No. I'm sorry - you have to start w/a thin crust with a sauce that has a little of kick to it. New York pizzas have this right. Now, that being said, I still haven't met a pizza that I didn't like (except for the one in Japan that had a mayo-based sauce - yuk).
Ok, pizza is actually a very small part of my life. I really just like trying new things and spending time in the outdoors.
