I tried upgrading to PRO only to find I wasn't physically close enough. However, they kept trying (even after I said to stop). Each time it would break my service. I got fed up and went to Cable.

If you live in the right area, the discount price is pretty good, and it's certainly better than dial-up.

Uploading is limited to around 380 mbits/sec. Connection is very solid. Once in a while I have to reset the cable modem.

Previously I had Yahoo DSL. Due to my location the service was pretty bad. It also doesn't like Halogen lamps when they are dimmed (very strange). Yahoo kept messing up my service.

Many times I find I'm the only one with a connection. I don't like their policy with regard to bluetooth connection services. The new Motorola Razr v3m is pretty nice too.

I could get anything from 4 "bars" to no service with the phone sitting on my desk at work.
