It's OK
I tried upgrading to PRO only to find I wasn't physically close enough. However, they kept trying (even after I said to stop). Each time it would break my service. I got fed up and went to Cable.It's OK
If you live in the right area, the discount price is pretty good, and it's certainly better than dial-up.
