They're best known for the reports that they provide on businesses and organizations. Their mission is to encourage self regulation on the part of businesses and promote good and ethical business practices.

Although I've heard if you're having problems with a company, the BBB in Oakland is mucch more on the ball, so they are the ones to contact no matter where in the bay you live. Thumbs Down
