Review Title: Disappointing experience with ServiceMagic [ View All Reviews ]

I had a completely unsatisfactory experience with this service. After filling out a long-ish questionnaire about my service needs and spending time figuring out how to navigate their website, I waited for over a week for a response. The very FIRST response I received about my request was from ServiceMagic customer support, asking if I was satisfied with their service. Not a single contractor contacted me from this lead service.

When I responded to their customer service department, they just passed me around from one representative to another. They seem to have no interest in fixing the problem.

Homeowners, avoid these guys. You don't need the headache. You\'re better off using the good old yellow pages or a Google search.
