Been there since Pac BellI originally got my cell back in the mid 90's when it was still Pac Bell Wireless. In the last year coverage has increased substantially, and I very rarely have dead spots anymore. I have service where other Cingular customers have problems, so the phone apparently does make a difference.View Full Review >> Date Added: 8 August 2006

2 Thumbs Up!Really, folks, it's not just because I used to work for "Ma Bell" (when she was THE one and the ONLY Ma), AT&T is just simply the best. I've been with only two companies since my first cell phone back in what my sixth graders would surely call the olden days.View Full Review >> Date Added: 2 May 2004

Longtime customerI have been a longtime customer of AT & T. I have had no problems through my years at AT & T. I am just concerned now that Cingular has bought them out what is going to happen to the service. Will I have dropped calls, sucky networks?, or even bad reception?I know buyouts take a while to take effect but if they end up being like Cingular I might have to change to Verizon. So Long Cingular! Thanks for the Awful Service!I unwittingly became a Cingular customer after they bought out AT&T. Unfortunately for me, I was only a few months into a two year contract of pretty good reception with AT&T before entering a long stretch of "you're screwed for reception" cell phone contract hell. I wasn't expecting the degradation in service because they were supposed to have integrated AT&T's network in with theirs.View Full Review >> Date Added: 7 August 2006
