Description
As of June 2003, Sprint Broadband Direct wasn't taking any new
customers. There's no word on if they will anytime soon. Sprint
Broadband is wireless broadband that links a cable modem to a
wireless receiver on top of your roof to give you fast upload and
download speeds up to several times that of DSL.

Wireless Broadband is Speedy but ErraticWhat you get is speed, but that's about it. Sprint Broadband was once a great option for people who weren't able to get DSL or Cable broadband services due to service coverage issues, but they were never able to make their service work out a profit and they've since frozen any new sign-ups.View Full Review >> Date Added: 26 April 2004
