THUMBS UP ON SCOTT HYVER VISIONCAREI had wanted laser eye surgery for many years, however, it was always a little too pricey for me. Nor did I want to go to one of the "laser mills" that seem to have abounded. My employer at the time held a Benefits Fair about 3 1/2 years ago, and Scott Hyver Visioncare happened to be there.View Full Review >> Date Added: 23 March 2005

Great experienceI had a free consultation for lasik eye surgery. Of course they told me that I am the perfect candidate and there are two choices of procedures. Everyone in the office was nice and I got to meet the surgeon and he seems pretty qualified and knows his stuff. He suggested the most expensive procedure, the Wavefront lasik.View Full Review >> Date Added: 22 March 2005

Poor Service led to Damaged VisionPro:I do have excellent vision in the daytime due to the custom wavefront lasik from Dr. Hyver. Cons: I have HORRIBLE night vision now, and NO ONE at Dr. Hyvers explained how this could be a possible effect of the surgery. NO ONE explained what would happen during the procedure, and I have heard of patients at other offices watching videos explaining this, and being offered calming pre-op drugs.
