Mediocre food and lots of it!Service was just "OK". I was happy we were seated in a booth near the bar; the rest of the joint looked like it would be very noisy. Not A FanThank you, Anonymous, for your review of Buca! I'll eat almost anywhere except for Chili's, Olive Garden, and Buca. I just don't understand the appeal of the place. I guess it's good for large groups because it's something everyone can agree on and not be too offended by. I agree that Buca Di Beppo is mediocre at bestHave you tried Maggiano's in Santana Row? Now that's what FAMILY style dining is all about. For a little over $25 per person you get 2 appetizers, 2 salads, 2 pastas, 2 entrees & 2 desserts for the entire table and if you want more of anything they gladly will give it you.View Full Review >> Date Added: 31 January 2006

Buca a BUST!PEEE UUUUUUU, this is the most expensive family dining experience I have ever done. The food is small portions and the flavor is absent. Save your money and go to Angelo's, Tony diMaggios, hell Pizza hut has better italian food.
