Hi,
I'm interested in how local businesses receive feedback and deal with customer service. For example, if your business had 100 email complaints, how would you resolve those issues?
If you have any suggestions, please let me know. I can even drop by your location to discuss in person for 5 minutes.
I'm developing a customer service/feedback site. It's not another review site like yelp. And yes it's going to be a free site. I'm not selling anything. I'm just conducting a survey for my application.

I don't normally post petitions but this is pretty appalling. Please sign this if you do not want cancer-causing pesticides sprayed in various parts of the greater Bay Area. Thanks!

I am already sick with a chronic illness, and I have spent the worst few months of my life just trying to survive. Research shows that pesticides cause cancer and other chronic illnesses in adults and children. I strongly oppose the use of cancer-causing chemicals, especially without my consent.

Event: Campbell Community Garage Sale

The City of Campbell will host its Fifth Annual Community Garage Sale on October 14! Residents of the City of Campbell and surrounding unincorporated areas are invited to participate.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM
This thorough course will give students the tools to begin a serious practice, or life-long hobby, of piano playing. Games and fun activities are used to learn the fundamentals of musicianship, rhythm, and two-hand playing.

Recommendations for Christmas Lights in Campbell & San Jose

Last week on Friday at our annual Winter Wonderland Bus Tour, we got to see a lot of great Christmas light displays in Campbell and a wide swath of San Jose. For anyone interested in seeing some of the sights on the route, here's the highlights from the event. If you want the full detailed street by street route that we used, let me know.
Highlights in Campbell:
Westmont Ave. and Crockett Ave.
Nothing extravagant, but very nicely decorated yard and house
Bucknall Ave and Christopher Ave.
Two houses decorated as one. Lots of fun stuff in the yard and roofs.
