Bug Report: Database error

Summary:
I am trying to register, and I filled out all the information on the form, but when I tried to sumit it an error came up. The error said database error and to report it. Please help me figure out his problem.

Comment: Hi Rick! Could you please give me additional information about what you were trying to do when the error appeared, and the text that appeared with the error message? That IP address doesn't do us much good as is.

I see you've been able to successfully apply for a Social Wave account (it's been approved), so there must be some other problem going on in your case.
