Bug Comments
Comment: Kevin, could you please tell us what you were trying to do when you received this error message?

Comment: Sorry. Thought about that and then got sidetracked. I was attempting to attach a word doc. it was only two pages long with text only. (not a big file). I finally just cut and paste into the screen directly instead of attaching the file and that worked.

Comment: Kevin, I'm glad you found a work-around solution! In general, convert Word documents into Adobe PDF documents and upload those instead. Adobe PDF is universally accessible to everyone through free software, and I've never had a problem uploading a reasonable-sized pdf document into Social Wave.
To make a Word document into an Adobe PDF document, all you have to do is:
*Open the Word document in question.
*Select "print".
*In the following dialogue box, you'll be asked to confirm which printer you want to print the document on. There will also be an option there somewhere to "Print as PDF". Choose "Print as PDF" and you'll then be able to save the Word document as a PDF file on your computer (and you won't print anything out on your printer).
