I suspect your Merchant Profile description is contaminated with "A"s because you wrote it in Microsoft Word or some other program and then copied the text into the text editor. This is a common problem. Any time you copy text into the Social Wave text editor, unless it's from a plain text editor program like Apple's "Text Edit", you're going to have weird little artifacts like this. I'll fix it up for you right away - you just go in and delete them.

I don't know what happened to your coupon. I'd have to understand what you're doing before I can make a judgment. Did you give it a second shot? Try again, and if it doesn't work again, tell me exactly what you're doing - that way, I can spot the problem. If we have to, we can talk it over on the phone as you go through the process.

Comment: Also, I forgot to mention - you really should upload an image to use as a logo for your Merchant Profile. It can be either a picture of your shopfront, or a painting you particularly like. It'll be an image that sticks in people's minds and helps your profile look better, both for Shop in Campbell and on the Downtown Campbell website.
