Volunteers Needed for Fall Wine Walk
The non-profit Downtown Campbell Business Association (DCBA) is seeking volunteers to help with our Fall Wine Walk, taking place the evening of Wednesday, September 22, 2010.

We are currently looking for volunteers to work at the Ticket & Will Call Stations (selling tickets, checking in people who've already purchased tickets, checking ID, applying wristbands) and to serve as Wine Walk Ambassadors on the street (giving directions, answering questions, and making sure that people don't leave stores with glasses containing wine).

Willow Glen Icebreakers, a Campbell Toastmasters club, has elected Shawne Smith as President for 2010.

“Initially I came because it was a requirement for graduation from Meru, a small seminary,” Shawne says. “It has been such a good experience I am staying. I really want to be able to speak comfortably,”
