Is your back aching? Is your shoulder stiff? Is your neck killing you? Drop by Bay Physical Therapy and Fitness at 500 Lighthouse Ave and get a quick and effective massage during your lunch break!

Monday-Friday, 12pm-1:30pm, our licensed massage therapists will be offering massages to walk-in clients. Cost is $1 per minute - you choose how long you'd like the massage to last.
