Review Title: My Automotive Heroes!
Overall Score: 10
(Overall Satisfaction: 10, Speed: 10, Quality: 10, Customer Service: 10, )
My Opinion:
I have taken my car to Honda Hospital in Milpitas for 5 years, and in all that time I have always received the very best car care combined with excellent customer service. If you own a Honda or Acura, I highly recommend these mechanics.
I own a 1991 Honda Civic, I'm female, and I know nothing about cars. These things combined can often cause a lot of trouble. But I am happy to report that I completely trust the folks at Honda Hospital, and, thanks to them, my car runs like a dream (even with over 100,000 miles on it).
First of all, Lisa Hodges, the manager / customer service person at the Milpitas shop, is a fantastically nice person and she knows a ton about car repair. She's friendly and she's is a genius at explaining obscure details of car repair to customers in a way even I can understand (we sometimes have "show and tell" and she'll bring out parts they've had to repair in my car and tell me how they work). I always feel like I'm treated with respect at Honda Hospital and they take me and my concerns and questions seriously. Lisa's also, most importantly, 100 percent honest. If it's not broken, they don't fix it. You will never suffer from unecessary car repairs at Honda Hospital. They want the car to be safe and run well, and if they recommend something get fixed, you know it better get done. If Lisa or the mechanics see that something's wearing out and will need to be replaced within a couple of months, they give me warning so I can save up money for the repair, and they will often tell me the signs to watch/listen for so I know when it's time to take it in to the shop.
Most importantly, when Honda Hospital repairs something, they do it right. They use Honda/Acura parts and the craftsmanship is beautiful. They really care that your car runs well and that it lasts a long time.
Honda Hospital consistently receives excellent ratings from their customers surveyed by AAA, and wins awards from the local Milpitas papers. If you own a Honda or Acura, you should definitely get to know them.

Thanks for the referral although Milpitas is a bit far for me to go. I know there are tons of places on Dell, near my house, and I try to support Campbell businesses as much as possible. Does anyone reccommend any Campbell auto shops in particular? I will definitely keep Honda Hospital in mind.

Review Title: Was also impressed
Overall Score: 9
(Overall Satisfaction: 8, Speed: 10, Quality: 10, Customer Service: 10, )
My Opinion:
When DBF blew head gasket, they fixed his car. The car runs better now than it did in a long time, not just head gasket-related catastrophe. I also liked their customer service.
A little bummed that they insisted on replacing spark plugs that had been replaced but like 2 weeks before, because it was a very expensive repair overall, and really blew the budget. But the car runs beautifully engine-wise. My brother blew a head gasket on a Mazda and due to terrible repairs had it back in shops multiple times, stranding him on freeways, and whatnot until he junked it.... the Civic is 6 months later running great, getting better gas mileage, running quieter, good work.
