Anyone know of a Good Chinese Noodlehouse in Campbell?

Does anyone know of a good Chinese noodlehouse in the Campbell area? I'm sick and prefer one that delivers. I'm looking for something that's the caliber of Hand Pull Noodle House on Capitol. The only Chinese place I could find in the area that delivers is Golden Wok, which has pretty good Won Ton Soup (for a restaurant) but no noodles. sad.gif

While we're on the topic of food, does anyone know of any good, cheap restaurants in the Peninsula? Does good and cheap even exist out there? I'm looking for Vietnamese, Korean or Italian in particular, and even my friends who are Palo Altan natives don't know of anywhere. I'm thinking like Khanh's on Steven's Creek, Omogari in SJ Japantown or any of the plethora of great Italian restaurants in this area, only on the Peninsula.

There's that Taiwanese Restaurant that's next to D&J Hobby on Campbell Ave. They have hand pulled noodles, I think. I've never had their noodle soups though. Anyone know if they're any good? The food I've had there is good... hit or miss depending on what you get, but basically decent quality.

I think Wan Li Shiang has hand pulled noodles. They are on Hamilton Ave between Mervyn's and Petsmart. I haven't tried it yet.

Does pho count? I like Pho Long Thinh on Saratoga between Williams and Payne.

I was on that particular dinner outing that Sheldon mentioned, and I can't quite remember what we ate. I remember that I enjoyed the hot and sour soup a lot, but I wasn't terribly impressed with the main dishes. Sheldon will probably have a different opinion.

Probably the best and cheapest Vietnamese food we've had in the South Bay is at Quoc Te Restaurant, 590 Old San Francisco Rd in
Sunnyvale. They don't exactly heat the place in winter, so it's a little chilly, but the chicken pho there absolutely rocks. The noodles and broth taste better there than anywhere else we've tried. We've also had meat dishes and spring rolls on occasion, and those were also good (but not quite as amazing as the pho).

Pho doesn't really cut it for me. I prefer vermicelli if I'm eating Vietnamese.

Wan Li Shiang does pull their own noodles, and their meals are verging on being a steal, not to mention fresh and very well prepaired.

thanks for the suggestions, everyone! sheldon and mary, we tried the place near D&J Hobby. the won ton soup with handpulled noodles were a bit subpar. they were okay, but the noodles are nothing like Handpull Noodle House on Capitol. the soup also had a strange flavor to it, like no other i can describe. usually the soup is just a nice chicken or beef flavored clear broth. alan had beef which i didn't each since it was spicy. it is also the type of chinese food i don't care for -- kind of greasy. the place was completely packed tho, so i assume a lot of people like that place. i never even knew it was there. i will try the other suggested places in the near future.
